| Personal Information | I am so fortunate to enjoy perfect health. My BMI, BP, cholesterol, etc. are all within normal limits. I'm not under a doctor's care nor do I take any prescriptions whatsoever. It probably goes without saying that I have never smoked. I do not have any dependents to cover on health insurance. My work philosophy is that when you are at work, you work. You don't check personal e-mail, engage in Twitter, personal telephone calls, play on Facebook, socialize, argue politics or religion, or other activities that constitute stealing time from an employer. As a nonsmoker, I also do not need to take time away with smoking breaks. P.S. Don't look for me on Facebook or Twitter; I do not participate in those social media outlets. |
